THE STORY
Outside our balcony on the North Shore of Hawaii was a break at Turtle Bay, called Kuilima Point. At sunset the tide was perfect for a soft, playful right hand point break. The surfers would hop out in the water as the sun was setting and paddle out in front of a cliff of onlookers. The majority of the surfers were tourists staying at Turtle Bay. However, this evening some locals came to put on a show of grace and style.

This was shot on my Canon EOS 3 film camera on 35mm Portra 400 film. The graininess and colors are what I live for.
